The movie : MAMA
"A Mother's love is forever"
During the winter break I watched the movie"MAMA".It was a horror movie. The director of the movie is Andrés Muschietti. Writers are Neil Cross and Andrés Muschietti. The stars are Jessica Chastain, Nikolaj Coster Waldou and Megan Charpentiner. Mama is a movie from the creaters of PAN'S LABYRINTH.
Mama is a dead lady who has lost her baby and she connects with her surrogate children Lily and Victoria from the holes in the walls. When their parents dead they got lost in the forest. They lived alone in the forest for five years, but how? Of course Mama helped them and for five years the girls' uncle Luke was trying to find them. One day uncle Luke and his girlfriend Annabel finds them in the forest and uncle Luke adopts the girls and they take the girls to their house but as the days pass they realize that not only the girls came with them! Mama visits the girls every night after they go to the bed. She gets into the house from the holes in the walls. These holes are more like animate shadows that sort of breathe and spit moths, and the film itself is scary. One night mama scares uncle Luke and he falls down from the stairs. He stays at the hospital so Annabel has to fight alone with Mama. The film continues like that and the end is so amazing for a horror movie .At the end the girls have to make a choice. Are they going to go with Mama or are they going to stay with Annabel? Lily is so connected to Mama so she goes with Mama and they fall from the cliff. Lily dies and transforms into butterflies and Victoria stays with Annabel and uncle Luke. I think it' so touching.
I think Mama was not so scary but it is one of the best movies I have ever watched because I'm impressed of it. I think they made the best end they could do. It says :"A MOTHER'S LOVE IS FOREVER." on the banner of the movie and I think the movie gives that message very clear and nice. In my opinion Mama is a movie that you won't say it is a bad horror movie and it is a movie that you have to watch. Thanks for reading. See you in another comment.
